Certificate of no marriage petitioner

Hi,

I am preparing some documents to send over to my fiancee for her k1 interview in HCM. I am single and never have been married. Do I, the petitoner, still need to send over a certificate of no marriage for my fiancee interview? I was looking at the k1 checklist and they only list divorce or death certificate if i was previously married, not sure if I still need to submit any evidence of no marriage on my part. Thanks.

No harm to get one if it's not costly and difficult to get  In GA, my fiance got one from his local court's clerk and it was FOC. Not sure about HI though.

If you've never been married, then there's nothing to show you haven't ever been so no you've got nothing to show. The checklist is for your fiancé mostly. Had you been married previously, that would have been submitted in the I-129F petition. Good luck!

When we submitted our petition, in my letter of intent to marry, I stated that I had never been married, and intended to marry my fiance within 90 days after her arrival in the U.S.
