Well I emailed my senator a about a month ago after the horrible treatment at our AOS interview. I really was just venting which is why I emailed and really didn't think anything of it. A couple of days ago, they called saying that they would begin an inquiry. I know it hasn't been long since our interview. I just felt that the treatment was uncalled for. Let's see what they come up with. I am sure they will simply say we are stuck in namecheck. Either way, it was interesting that the senator's office is following up.

I just saw today your post about your horrible experience with the interview!!!!! That' s crazy!!!! I have mine next Wednesday, so I'm REALLY nervous about it!!! I think it's great that you got the EAD and I hope you get out of the namecheck limbo soon! ;)

Checked the USCIS website way more than necessary today at the office and then when I got home I found this email:

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On May 3, 2007, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register.

WOW! Amazing. This means the AOS is approved and he'll be getting the green card in the mail, right? I can't believe it went so fast. Wow. :dancing:(L)

oh guys, am really happy for u guys, praying for me and the rest, which i could recive green card or something that fast, that would be a woow, i just which that i recive the moment that am gona start my process again after couple of years!!!

out of home problems trying to support a family without a job,,,from the first of the k-1 and collecting pictures and ######! going through egypt problems cuz i had army that i didnt go, the head of waiting my flight and being in airport ( espicaly that i was just watched the movie " The Terimnal" for first time in my life! )

then coming here, learning to drive a car in rules, and waiting my SSN then then failed in my driving test, EVEN am Good driver, ITS just dont remmber the signs names!

then starting apply and waiting for marrige certifcate and then getiing married, and dealing for all the AOS and EAD papers and learning them!

then this waiting game " interview or no interview", "mean officer at the interview or cool office", " trasnfer to CSC or not"

I NEED TO RELAX PLEASE USCIS

i tell you what guys, everyone here got his own missory, and his own problems, and thanks for having VJ cuz without it, i would be still SINGLE, no doubt about that!!!

keep ur head up guys and pray, for the rest of us! and Congrats for the one who have the option to relax from the USCIS
