hello! we filed last feb 24..we were just notified yesterday that my ead was ordered and on the way,we just have to wait for 30 days for it...for the aos, we are scheduled for an interview on May 7..Hope evrything would be fine...Just have more patience...everything will be alright!

Then AOS touching began 4/26 and went on for four business days...hopefully it will produce some action. No touches on the EAD. But I know not to hold my breath.

MichaelGhabour: I know it's a difficult wait, but you are very well within the processing times, especially since you had an RFE and it took 3 weeks out of your total processing time. They've technically only had your petition 9 weeks (12 weeks from NOA1 - 3 weeks to receive your RFE response). Even EAD isn't processed that quickly. You should try being a little more patient and give it more time before bringing it up to your senator again.

lol my husband is the same way, and yup it IS his application, so I only point him in the direction of infopass when he gets irritated. in our case i bet he wished he had listened to me months ago when we discussed suing! ah well now though, we continue to wait.

Well I emailed my senator a about a month ago after the horrible treatment at our AOS interview. I really was just venting which is why I emailed and really didn't think anything of it. A couple of days ago, they called saying that they would begin an inquiry. I know it hasn't been long since our interview. I just felt that the treatment was uncalled for. Let's see what they come up with. I am sure they will simply say we are stuck in namecheck. Either way, it was interesting that the senator's office is following up.
