So for those who haven't gotten any action in a while, and those that have been in FBI name check for a while, how can one know and verify that this is what is holding us up? Are the FBI name checks done in the US or in the the original of the immigrant. I thought that this was done during the filing of the K-1 or K-3?

I just don't understand why some people wait for a year in FBI name checks. Sounds like this should habe been done prior to letting an immigrant into the U.S.

I just want the foreplay to stop and finish up!

We got touched today for both AP and EAD. Online it shows that AP was approved today....nothing on EAD, still pending.

I find it strange that other than my bio appointment update, my EAD hasn't been touched at ALL????? Most people seem to have EAD and AOS updates concurrently. Any thoughts as to why this is? Good grief, I just want to WORK
