We might be at TSC with you if my senator's office is correct. It has been 75 days since we filed and no word on a transfer or an interview. After hearing back from the senator's office, they said that it looked like our application was going to be sent to TSC. She said that is where it looks like most of the applications will be going to. As far as I have seen, you guys are the only ones that have gone to TSC, we are 'likely' to be going there, and everyone since have been sent to CSC. :help:

Hi all! Well, I'm really late joining this thread, but we are Feb filers too and are still waiting. Brief synopsis:

Sent AOS packet Jan 29

NOA1 Feb 8

Biometrics March 8

RFE for some tax documents (which they had, but we sent again!)

Transferred from MSC to CSC (sometime in April)

last touch April 26...................... :whistle:

EAD & AP were approved mid April. Can't seem to get any answers other than "You will be notified by mail abt your approval" blah, blah, blah!

I guess we just "hang in there" for now. Anyone else? Ideas?

I wouldn't exactly call ourselves lucky. Texas is known for being the slowest service center in the entire country!!! If my husband had an interview instead of being transferred, he would probably be approved by now since he's not stuck in security check or any of that #######. AUGH. We were approved and are now waiting for the card to arrive here. Hopefully it'll be here in less than the 2 weeks.. :)
