I filed AOS and EAD on Feb 6,07. Received date is Feb 7,07. My case was transfered to CSC on March 7,07. Fingerprint on March 2,07. I haven't received my GC even EAD hasn't been approved. I am so worry about it.

I heard EAD should be approved within 90 days.

Just received the email I've been waiting for about 5 minutes ago!!! EAD card production has been ordered!!! Maybe I'll get it in a few days then! YEEESSSS!! :)

2/23/07 - Mailed AOS packet to Chicago

2/25/07 - Package arrived in Chicago

3/05/07 - Checks cashed

3/05/07 - Received NOAs for I-765, I-485, & I-130!

3/09/07 - All touched

3/10/07 - Received biometrics appt letter

3/12/07 - All touched

3/13/07 - I-130 & I-765 touched

3/15/07 - I-485 touched

3/15/07 - Received email informing me that an RFE has been mailed to me about the I-485

3/19/07 - Received RFE for I-485 in the mail.

3/20/07 - Biometrics appt

3/21/07 - I-485 & I-765 touched

3/23/07 - Mailed back RFE with signature confirmation

3/26/07 - RFE was delivered to Lee's Summit, MO & was signed for by "Ashley Love"

3/27/07 - Received email saying that RFE has been received at MSC and that case processing has resumed

Ahh ok cool.... Thought it would at least get touched though..... Guess I cant expect USCIS to be logical huh? :)

I filed AOS and EAD on Feb 6,07. Received date is Feb 7,07. Did you call them to make inquiry?

Congratulations to all who have been authorized.

First update since April 11th - Case now pending at CSC, it took just over a month for any further action

I-129F Sent : 19th October 2005

Interview Date 10th October 2006 10am

Interview Approved 7th November 2006

Visa delivered 9th November 2006

Finally where I belong S.C with my man 19th November 2006 WOOO HOOO!!!

Got Married 14th January 2007

AOS

Sent AOS docs 31st January 2007

USPS confirm delivered to USCIS 06th February 2007

I-797C Notice of Action dtd 9th Feb recvd 12th February 2007 (both my son and myself)

Biometrics Appointment 1st March 2007

GREEN CARDS RECEIVED 9th July 2007 All done till 2009!!!!!

hey guys, how much time did u recived ur EAD card after the e-mail?

I've been looking at all the EAD timelines, and it seems like most people receive their EADs about 4 to 6 days after they get the email, so yea, I'd say give it about a week. I'm expecting (hoping? :) ) to get ours either this Saturday or next Monday.
