guys, i tell u something, make a list cuz we mostly lost who got green card and who got EAD and didnt recive anything yet

so if someone can write there names and date of approval and date of EAD

like the CSC list

Just got the interview notice in the mail today!!! Which is kind of weird cause they havent sent me an email about it and it still says that the last touch on the I-485 was on 4/19. But anyways, we got the appt letter!!!!!! The appt will be on July 18 in Memphis.

Hey all, we went to the infopass appointment today, what a waste of time. The immigration officer LAUGHED, yes...you read that right LAUGHED in our face and said "Marriage based AOS usually gets approved in 18-24 months". So then I asked if it was transfered to the correct service center, since Texas seems to only handle job based AOS. She had no idea what I was talking about and told me I had to get in line and wait for an interview like the rest of all the other applicants. What an ignorant #######. I really wanted to knock her out. I took off work for that?!!! Aughh.

It seems that the people who are getting interviews are getting GC faster than the people getting the so called NON_INTERVIEW CSC transfers. Seldi that sucks. I'm sorry to hear that.

No interview, got perm resident card work permit and AP all at once in the mail.

My firend who applied AOS in early March just got her GC today! Her local office is San Jose and it is where the CSC is and she said that is why the process was so fast!!! Nice!!! My local office is Boston and I haven't even recieved my interview notice, but I am in no rush. I got my EAD and I am fine for now:) So I guess if your local office is one of the USCIS service centers, you are lucky!

I emailed some members about getting touched before receiving the interview notcie.

Everyone said their AOS didn't not get touched right before receiving the interview notice. Some said that the case was never toughed after the biometrics and got interview notice letter.....so who knows. May be scheduling interviews are operated by the local offices and not related to Service Center process?
