I am just wondering what everyone's status is. After our March biometrics and the file transferred to CSC, I haven't heard anything since. Anything new on your end?

We filed March 2nd, Biometrics is on Tuesday, interview is the 26th.

since you got transferred to CSC you are in the sit back and wait mode. "February filer" or not, makes absolutely no difference. You are probably at your final destination as far as AOS is concerned and maybe would be helpful for you to review the CSC transferee thread. Most likely, it is all just a waiting game for you now.

They sent me an email on March 27th saying that they had received my RFE and that processing had resumed on my case, then I got a touch on the 28th and I havent heard anything since. :( My case is still sitting in Missouri. :(

3/05/07 - Checks cashed

3/05/07 - Received NOAs for I-765, I-485, & I-130!

3/09/07 - All touched

3/10/07 - Received biometrics appt letter

3/15/07 - Received email informing me that an RFE has been mailed to me about the I-485

hi all! Otman got a welcoming email on friday, april 6th. our time line is up dated. just keep your fingers crossed!!

however Otman and I are very proud of our AOS packet. we took major pride in putting it together, everything was tabbed so that whatever they were looking for would be at there fingertips. our packet was put together so a 8yr. old could find whatever they wanted. really just think how many packets the uscis handles everyday. and if they could come across a couple a day that they could very well see was put together with lots of pride and seriousness. it makes there job easier and they just may be happy enough not to send you a RFE. I don't know just our thoughts. we r so happy to see that after one whole year since sending the k-1 petition Otman has been approved for permament residence.... best of luck to all of you.

We had sent our RFE and it was touched 4 days straight, but no updates and it is still at the MO service center......hopefully something will happen soon, my hubby is anxious to find a job...getting very restless. Good luck everyone :)

We got touches after each Bio appt. (had to go twice). However, we got the letter notice for interview and there was no touch... I never trust those touches and updates anyways :P;)

As you can see from our time line we filed at the end Feb., got transferred to CSC in March. We got touched last week with nothing since. But I am not complaining. Many others have been waiting much, much longer. Right now we are most eager to get the EAD so my husband can work!
