Hi there,

I took the pharmacy technician certificate exam. I passed and recieved my license. Now I want to get a job. My EAD card is still pending and I want to expedite it. Can anyone tell me how to get a job offer in the us. All I can see is filling applications and then interviewing. So how to get an offer to provide for the USCIS since most of the jobs in the us is done by filling the applications by the applicant.

Exactly as you said... you have to receive a job offer.

Generally can go to job fairs and such or like you said contact and apply to companies/hospitals or where ever is available for your position; but they will then interview and offer you a job. Until that and you get an official offer letter there is no way to expedite.

Really only takes about 90 days to get an EAD anyways so you can still go a head and apply for work(just can not start of course), just explain then at the interview if you have not received the EAD you're still just waiting for it.

Apply for a job, seems pretty simple?

You have to apply to jobs, do the interviews, then get a job offer.

After you get an offer, then you can submit for expedite.
