Administrative processing

Hi,my fiance went in for interview in Jamaica feb 21st and got form 221g to return court documents,he sent them in feb 24th,we have been in administrative processing since,it then changed to Ready march 7th and the case status date changed 3 times since:march 7th,10th,13th,17th.did anybody else go thru this?,if yes how long did u wait.

My AP took almost 9 months but don't worry it's just matter of time . You ll be good

Hello, going through the Jamaican embassy this can be the norm.  Those dates when it changes usually means the case is being touched in some way.  In which way you will never know.  You can send an email requesting an status update.  Wait till I believe the automated reply will say 7 business day for a response. See how that works up with you.  They have a very large workload and for many reasons the case can move a little slow.  I went through this, but out reason was waiting on the medical in which was there by the time we had our interview.  After being a little pushy found out that our medical was misplaced and the case was just sitting, smh.  But again send an email and hope they respond in a timely fashion

So i just checkedthe CEAC site and my fiance was Refused the k1 visa.
