Visa Account disabled, does appointment still stand

Guys I need some advice or help, 

 

i have completed and booked my h2b visa in Belfast, when looking for a cancellation this is what my account shows.

 

Will I loose my original appointment of the 13th April or what does this mean and what the next steps.

 

i have emailed the help line and waiting for a response

I'm guessing the helpline will be the best help for you, they'll have the way to help you regain access to your account. Not much us VJers can do to help otherwise lol.

@BaltimoreFiler hi there. I am in the exact same situation now, except my appointment is next week. Did anything happen to your appointment at that time? I hope they are not cancelling appointments when the account is disabled for God knows what.
