k1 visa pictures

Hello guys

we're preparing for k1 visa  we are sending actual pictures of us together is that ok? or has to be scanned on paper? what's the best option

Best option is to scan several photos per sheet of paper.  Individual photos can easily be lost.

I printed actual photos (uploaded digital photos and had them printed at Walgreens) then taped 2-3 photos per page to a sheet of paper. I wrote the names/dates on the back in case they get removed by accident and then on the sheet of paper I wrote descriptions/dates next to each photo. I've heard people also just print individual pictures and put them into a plastic bag. Definitely print actual photos though if you can, printed/scanned on regular paper likely won't be very good quality.

Rather than actual pics or taping photos, ideal to print 2/3 per page, color, high resolution to save on weight. 

Don't send actual pictures as they could be lost. Carry originals to the interview.

I was planning on printing 3 copies of each photo that I send--copies for me, my fiancé, and to include in the packet. If you're printing from a phone or tablet, Walmart or Walgreens have kiosks where you can size and print your pics. Never use Shutterfly or any other online photo service, because they do not scale your pics for you, and sometimes the quality is grainy. A picture that looks perfectly nice on your computer screen may print poorly. Some people have said they've made photo album type layouts, I was going to put my photos in a plastic bag similar to the passport style photo requirements, and apparently some of you print or tape to paper. As long as everything is neat and labeled properly, it's most likely the right way to do it.

There is no prescribed format. As others did here, we printed a few photos on standard printer paper. For each we labelled it with date and location and other people in the photo (family members, good to show time spent with each other's families), and had an index sheet that itemized other evidence like boarding passes and passport stamps. In this way we had several meetings documented through boarding passes, passport stamps and photos, along with receipts or any other supporting evidence.
