Hi All! We are now in the process of preparing all of our documents so that our journey can be as smooth as possible. So heres my question... My fiance(USC) has been living outside of the U.S. for the last five years. and she start working in october 2016 annual income 55k Do we still need to provide 3 years of tax forms to the Embasssy/counsular,

If that's what they're asking for, yes.  Even if her income was abroad, she is still required (as a US citizen) to file annual returns with the IRS.
