hello folks,

 

I have another question. Is it a must to submit a tenancy agreement in both my partner's name and my name? What is an alternative? Does the mailing addres have to be the same as our address of residence? could you let me know what you have submitted ? thank you.

Is your question do you have to have a lease agreement to file the form i-130?  Then the answer is no.  If you live apart in 2 different countries how would you have any real financial ties to assets or property?
