USCIS is not patient for 3rd RFE, you failed to fulfill it 2 times then I don't think DIY is good for you. It is better to hire a good legal office to take care it new I-485 for you. Good luck.

This. At this point, it looks like you are missing a chunk of the required documentation, and USCIS deemed the lack of thereof as subject for denial. Once you get the letter, assess whether you need to hire an attorney who can make sure that you present everything in the right form.

^ This.

If you're unable to fulfill the RFE, most likely due to a misunderstanding of the legalese, and as long as your case is a simple one, a lawyer will probably charge you a flat fee to do the filing on your behalf.

You can probably file for I-485 all over again, chances are this is what your denial letter will state.

Disappointing to hear this.

Follow instructions, if your not good at it (which seems to be the case) then have someone who has done this before help you.

It was a first time for many of us here and we got through it.

Lawyers are very expensive and my experience with them is " don't get one " was extremely a big rip off for me because I ended up doing all the work myself anyway. They make mistakes.

Do exactly what your RFE or NOA is asking you to do.

Ask questions on this forum. You will get correct straight answers.

When you receive the letter in the mail put a post on VJ stating what USCIS is asking for.

Use all your resources especially VJ.

Recently I received a NOA and they had made a mistake by asking me for correct payment. There was no charge for the form I had submitted, so I responded and they corrected everything.

Good Luck
