Just him coming to the US to get married and leave again is perfectly fine,  Look at Vegas, happens everyday 24/7 almost.

Key thing is the fiance is upfront and honest with immigrations about their intent upon entry and not lie.

Again coming to the US to marry and then go back home is perfectly fine. It's only planning to come get married and stay in the US that would not be okay. That would be visa fraud/misuse of ESTA.

Just editing to ad, it is always up to immigrations whether or not to allow entry into the US, so make sure the fiance can really show they have all intent to return after the marriage.

has the usc fiance done the correct paperwork to be able to live in Ireland. it sounded to me as if they were both going back.

coming here to get married is fine just bring evidence that they will be returning to Ireland after.

good luck

You are correct - they are both going back to Ireland to live. No, I don't believe she has done any paperwork and is planning to get a registration card when she arrives. Her understanding is that she can live there for 3 months without any paperwork, but then after that she must register. She is not planning to become an Irish citizen.

I hope you are right since the 90 days is the vwp. every country does it differently cause some can take over z hear to get the residency permit. that is from when you apply to when you can move there.
