I have a  Ba degree from overseas, i'm in USA for 3 years , i would like for some reasons to use my BA degree, its in a foreign language,

- What do i have to do first: Translate it or Evaluate it after translating it?

- Where should i do this, do you know any good companies/ Website for Good translation/Evaluation.

Thanks

Do you have work authorization? What do you want to use your degree for?

Most employers don't actually require proof of the degree and if they do, the original language is generally fine. It all depends on the country. If you're looking at studying, the university will have requirements on transferring/accepting your degree.

In terms of translations, your pay rate will be determined by how common your language is. The more uncommon languages command a higher pay rate. Lionbridge is good.

there a few companies around that can evaluate your foreign degree. http://www.wes.org/ for example is one of them.

i have a masters degree and when i applied for my current job the company that did the background check did it for me /the company i work for.

The company/ Job i applied to work with, they required a degree before they go forward with my application, i'm not sure if i can just send them the original one because i work mostly with no required degrees

never send a original in this stage. Send a copy, if they need to see the original let them know you are willing to meet in person. An copy can be replaced an original is a lot more difficult.
