I had my AOS interview two months ago. It was NOT asked for.

I have also interview on 10th of April, 2017. Could you please tell me what kind of question did they ask from you?

Thank you again for your input. Hopefully, they wont ask him as well

It's definetively not asked for (maybe it was before, when Ontarkie did her AOS). Anyhow, doesn't sound like he actually has a police record - so it wouldn't matter. USCIS doesn't care about his immigation issues in Europe (unless related to criminal offences, ofc).

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

It was from K1, so very simple. Wanted to see my passport, EAD/AP card, my husbands ID, original marriage certificate (certified), original birth certificate (with apostille from Norway). They wanted my i94's from entering on K1 and again on AP. She asked for evidence of bona fide marriage. We brought pictures, credit card statements (joint) and joint insurance. She asked if I was on the mortgage/deed for our house. I'm not, but we had utility bills in my name. She asked how we met (seems like a standard question). We talked about my career prospects in the US, and if we'd consider moving (informal discussion while she was typing). Then the Y/N answers from i485. That's it. Approved on the spot. GC in hand one week later.

If it isn't difficult, it isn't worth it.

Great, we too have AOS from k1.

We have tonns of pictures together and with family. Also my name is on her health insurance, house lease agreement, join bank account. She put me in her utilities bill, but my name isnt come with bill, however, in the system we both have the name. We tried to fix that, but Idk why they arent doing it. I dnt have DL license yet so she did not put me in her car insurance, once I get my DL then she will do it but by then it will be too late for AOS interview. We dont have join credit account.Do you think would that be enough?

Possible they changed that too. I know when I went for my N-400 interview the IO looked to make sure that I submitted court records for each step.

But all this is irrelevant to the OP as there is no criminal record. He just received a ban.
