Umm, the ones that always fail.  Let's see, Greece is a basket case from socialist spending, and Spain, Portugal, and Italy are not that far behind.  I think Margaret Thatcher said it best, "The problem with socialism is eventually you run out of other peoples' money".

Persoanlly, I am fine with the latest healthcare bill being pulled as it seemed to lead to a hastening of the failure or the ACA.  The congress needs to go back and do it right.

Rome failed,  the Aztec empire failed, the Mayans failed, Napoleon failed, Mesopotamia failed, ancient Greece failed, the Nazis failed, the Russian czars failed, all because of socialism I'm sure.

When you are done with your usual non sequiturs, perhaps you could consider contributing to the conversation.

I'm not even sure what that is in response to. Trump made repeated promises on the campaign trail to replace the ACA with something terrific. He said he had a plan, the best plan and it would be the top priority! And the lemmings sucked it right up. And here we are 3 months into his presidency with no plan whatsoever. You're right, the congressional republicans had 6 years and did nothing, if I were a Republican I'd be ticked off and not voting these clowns back into office. But the brunt of the blame still has to lay with Trump he's the one who failed to produce on his campaign promises of his amazing healthcare plan. The Emperor has no clothes and his followers just keep lapping up the bs with smiles on their faces.

He may have had a plan, but as others have said, and I agree with, Trump is not a king.  There is this little body called the Congress that is tasked by our Constitution to actually write the laws.  It is not the president, or a federal judge that has this duty, so just like everything else that comes out of a politicians mouth, you have to take it with a grain of salt.  The congress deserves the major blame here, this was their plan, but of course the media and those in the MDL will pin it all on Trump as this is the narrative they are working with.  I accepted that.

Btw, didn't Obama fail in one of his major campaign promises of closing Guantanamo Bay?

Yes, many countries and civilizations have failed for a myriad of reasons, but as of yet, I have not found any credible evidence that any socialist program is sustainable.  The biggest reason the US has succeeded so far is due to capitalism.  Keep dropping in a lot of unsustainable socialist programs, and we will fail too as there is only so much of other peoples' money.

So you feel that they would have been ready to replace after a repeal, if they had not been lulled into a false sense of security into thinking the teacher would never, ever would call upon them to read their book report?  And between Nov and last week they had no time to come up with something they could of copied out of Cliffs notes?

So we have to ask the question:  what were those folks thinking when they voted over 60 times to repeal Ocare?

I have no idea what they (Congress) were thinking during all those repeals other than to get sound bites for their next election, but it appears they were not ready with this bill

he didn't have a plan, that's the whole point. he's a liar. if he did have a plan - especially a great one, he wouldn't have gotten behind ryan's.

Since when does the President write legislation?  This failure is on the Congressional Republicans, they had a good six years to actually come up with a replacement, but it seemed they must have believed the Leftist media when they said Hillary was going to win and they would not get a chance.  Paul Ryan looked like an idiot with this bill, he needs to go back and write a new one with the help of actual conservatives, if they leave it to Trump we will end up with single payer like Canada.

I believe that's when he would lose Pence, not so sure there's much more Pence can handle.
