Case Complete friends, Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I checked last night around 11:30 PM and didn't see "AT NVC". I Called the same time, 30 mins wait so just hung up. Went to bed frustrated

02/2016: USCIS confirmed receiving our file/petition on 1st Feb.
04/2016: I-130 Approval email received from DHS towards early May, our case was approved end of April. 
03/2017: Paid AoS and IV Bill
03/2017: Sent AoS and IV Packages via mail.
04/2017: 5th day of April, NVC received package. Can take up to 11 weeks for CC according to nvc.

06/2017: 6th day of June, Case Completed - confirmed via phone

07/2017: Interviewed end of July 2017.

>> Passport with Visa received the next day of interview 

8/2017: POE via JFK


05/2020: N400 Filed

06/2021: Biometrics taken

02/2022: Interview Scheduled (Yes, after 22 months -.- )

Congrats!!! Just saw your update!! Thank you for that.  :) hopefully you'll get a CC very soon. Check your status after midnight tonight or first thing tomorrow morning. Best of luck. :)

Hello Beautiful people.

My scan date is March 8 my case complete May 18. My husband will be having his interview at Juarez Mexico July 6. We have a big problem now. :( I have a joint sponsor who did not file his income tax for 2016 so I do not have form 1040 from his side only 2015 paperwork and mine is 2016. Will there be any issue if I only take his 2015 tax paperwork and W2 & paystubs for 2016. Please advise if we should even go to interview. NVC does not want to give me any advice. Thank you for your responses.

Thank God! I was living in fear of the dreaded checklist. Good luck to everyone else still waiting for their cases to complete. I will update on interview dates once I recieve one. :jest::jest::jest:. Thanks to everyone on this board.

Wow!! Congrats @famof3 !!! You're the last day of March. So for sure they've def started moving on to April dates. For those of you who are still waiting for CC's in March. Wishing you luck and hope you receive them ASAP!!!
