NVC Scan date of March 2017 IR-1/CR-1

When I called NVC for the first time, they said they were missing i864a from my dad. Then, I got an email which I'm attaching that says they found something wrong with my i864. Now, they are saying send financial packet again. They don't even want to connect me to supervisor. Can somebody help me understand this?

sounds like you need to show proof of financial evidence.. what did you send them in terms or proof of income?

Have you done anything different from what is mentioned on this letter?

 

Which items have been put 'X' against? If you have a copy of what is being sent, you could cross check(if you have not already  )

I sent i864 for me with return transcript and my dad's and mom's i864a with return transcript, checks from last six months, and individual w2. I never got any page with X mark. I don't think I should deserve to send another financial packet without their explanation about what was wrong with my first packet.

I have two suggestions.  The first is to send them an email telling them you never received a check list with the items in "X" they need.

My second is to contact your local congress person's office and see if they can contact NVC for you.

It was mentioned in the same forum that if you try calling them as soon as they open or during the closing time - the probability of reps connecting you to a Supervisor is high!! So try doing that !! And I hope you have already explained the reps that you really don't understand what's wrong with your i864a and you need to talk to the Supervisor. Keep chanting the same line, I am sure they would connect you to one.

03/25/2017: Expedite Request
03/28/2017: NVC forwarded expedite request to embassy
03/30/2017: Embassy expedite approved

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please call the NVC to confirm.

Please update the NVC Case Status Spread Sheet -  2017  with your latest status.

• When you receive a CC or if your case is under review.   
• If you have not received a CC or you are not under review, update your notes.
