Case Complete friends, Yehhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I checked last night around 11:30 PM and didn't see "AT NVC". I Called the same time, 30 mins wait so just hung up. Went to bed frustrated

HI everyone, congratulations to the news cases completed, its good to see that the nvc is moving  papers over there! 

 

I just called to nvc to check my son's status regarding the checklist I received asking for the financial evidence, the rep told me they have registered that they received the documents but still, they are missing, so I was put under supervisor review 😑 The rep also told me this can take 6 weeks top for the supervisor to check the file... how often you call to know if the review has been done??? Do I should wait the extra 6 weeks??

Wow, congrats! :o thats good now.

 

Our scan date is also april 5th. I'm not sure if we should call before next week's friday as progress seems slow for other cases In this thread.

01/2016: Petition filed for my visa
02/2016: USCIS confirmed receiving our file/petition on 1st Feb.
04/2016: I-130 Approval email received from DHS towards early May, our case was approved end of April. 
03/2017: Paid AoS and IV Bill
03/2017: Sent AoS and IV Packages via mail.
04/2017: 5th day of April, NVC received package. Can take up to 11 weeks for CC according to nvc.

06/2017: 6th day of June, Case Completed - confirmed via phone

07/2017: Interviewed end of July 2017.

>> Passport with Visa received the next day of interview 

8/2017: POE via JFK


05/2020: N400 Filed

06/2021: Biometrics taken

02/2022: Interview Scheduled (Yes, after 22 months -.- )

Congrats to @chamma for her CC. This confirms that the reps may not be telling us if we're under review.. She has called just about everyday for the past week or so and each time they tell her, "not under review"..  Even yesterday morning, still not under review.  But then yesterday evening she got her CC!. :)

Then there is @Pembley who has been under review since 5/23/2017.. Reaching 10 weeks since SD....

 

The average processing time is 9+ weeks.

 

Meanwhile, if you're at 8 weeks since you're Scan date. Click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:


Check My Visa Application Status

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

 

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please call the NVC to confirm.

We called NVC before their closing today. They said its not been scheduled yet but should be done really soon. My CC date is 05/22/17. Waiting...

Bad news guys....

i got a checklist...

 

They said they're missing i864a from my dad but I sent it with all the documents..I'm 200% confident. They seem to misplace docs. I pray they don't misplace other people documents because it is really painful to wait for another 11 weeks for their fault. Totally unfair.

You should clarify that with NVC first before sending in the forms and in turn resetting wait time. There seems to be a lot of instances where requesting to talk to a supervisor continuously yields some great results and if you have infact sent those forms already, your checklist would be revoked; but if you send in your documents before talking to them, your scan date will reset. IMO, it's worth wasting a week if we are certain that we already sent everything than to wait another 11 weeks.

 

Just a query regarding your docs, did you send all documents in single packet or separately?

06/12/17 -- Biometric (OFC) Appointment

06/13/17 -- Interview [7:30 AM at Mumbai, India]. Visa Approved

06/15/17 -- Visa in hand

06/21/17 -- POE at DFW (Dallas, Texas)

----- Removal of Condition -----

Removal of Condition (I-751) [Approved]

06/18/2019 -- Sent the package (3 Days before GC expires, cutting it close). Sent to Lewisville, TX via FedEx Ground

06/19/2019 -- Package received at around 9:30 AM (Hoping I don't get rejected for missing deadline)

06/24/2019 -- Card was charged with $680 fees. Text Message received confirming Receipt. Case routed to NBC (Case Number starts with 'MSC')

06/28/2019 -- NOA Hard Copy & 18 Months Extension Letter Received in Mail with NOA Date as 06/19/2019

07/12/2019 -- Biomentrics Appointment Letter received. The Letter is Dated 7/5/2019. Appointment is on 7/22/2019

07/22/2019 -- Biometrics Appointment Complete

02/01/2022 -- Interview Scheduled for 3/3/2022 (combo interview)

03/03/2022 -- Interview Complete. No new Green Card will be produced as my Naturalization was also approved.

03/04/2022 -- USCIS status changed to approved.

03/26/2022 -- N-400 online application complete. NOA Date.

01/15/2021 -- Biometric Complete.
