Scan date March 29. I just called NVC and was told that my birth certificate is missing which is not true. I sent it along all the paperwork.  A supervisor will call me back. I hope they let me scan it and email it instead of sending it by mail. so sad!!!!! by the way, I am petitioning my mom.

Aw that sucks. Not only do you have to worry about getting a document wrong but also them losing the document 😡 I see they are still moving along. Hopefully they can figure it out and set it straight for you!

Good luck!

Just checked a bit ago and my case status is now "At NVC" and AOS is no longer listed. I wish I would've checked even 30 minutes ago to give them a call so I could verify if the case was closed. Now we wait until Tuesday... -_-

I'm feeling really hopeful here. Fingers crossed!

Congrats @benci!! :)

Thank you for already updating questionnaire notes.  This will def encourage others to check their status as well. Sucks that you have to wait until Tuesday to confirm it..

Click on the following links to check your IR-1/CR-1 visa case status:

Check My Visa Application Status

DS-260, Online Immigrant Visa and Alien Registration Application

If it says "At NVC" and your AOS information is missing.. Then you most likely have a completed case (CC)... Please let us know if this is your case.

See Example

Thank you,

How come some people with scan date March 28 got CC but scan date March 24 still not reviewed?

I don't anything for certain. But I think it's this way..there is many officers reviewing different cases with different scan dates. We only have a certain amount here on our threads from each date. I imagine there is lots more from those same dates. Ones we have on our threads may have just not gotten to yet.

Update: I received a checklist on my son's case... they're asking for the AOS form, all of it! Is missing how can it be possible!!!

You seem to have sent AoS package separate than the IV Package. Perhaps they can't figure out the second package is in their mailroom!. We did the same, sent both separately (no review yet). You should call them on tuesday and confirm but it might be a false check list.

Yea, I have the same view as @abfar. Your timeline indicates that both the documents were sent in separately. is that the case? if Yes, you should call the NVC and mention them the same.
