It appears that NVC has reached March 22 scan dates.  Today is my 9th week of waiting and not in review.  Monday is Memorial Day and NVC is closed.  As Memorial Day approaches we selfishly  think about the fact that NVC is closed on Monday and we cannot spend the holiday weekend with our spouses.  But let us reflect one moment on the brave men and women who gave their lives and continue to give their lives  to protect our country and values so that we now are so fortunate to have the opportunity to bring our spouses into this great country.

This just proves that some reps are simply not telling the truth.. Doesn't make sense how one says 'yes, under review" then the other "no"...

I called my lawyer all day to remind her to email me a copy of my approval and her words to me she promise she will email it before she leave. I call and call she said she haven’t forgetting to email it. Today still waiting for her email and now that today is Friday of cause many people will not show up to work just because Monday is a holiday.

Again May 9, 2017 my husband called my lawyer for updates and she said we got approved.

We don’t know when and when I did call few days she said she said she don’t remember but will send the copy of the approval.

My status still haven’t change on the website and app.

I called NVC and they still haven’t received my package from USCIS as yet.
