There were some cases last month that were just under 11 weeks.. hopefully you will have your cc today. Good luck.

Thanks. So there's hope for me yet. Good to know, although I feel for those who've waited that long.

Thank you but the apps i tried 1 by 1 it doeant work out in the Philippines .  I usually call them by 7 am est i just try an evening call but it just got wasted .. Il call again later .. Give it last shot if still not under review il just wait until June 1, request for supervisor review and would even try reaching out for our President's help through the US Embassy of our post

Ok, good to know that Google hangouts doesn't work from Philippines. Thanks for sharing.

Regarding the attitude from the NVC. It's not right nor ethical. Especially when we see cases processed via CEAC upload and email getting CC's within a week of their scan date.

As an American, I am embarrassed and frustrated with the entire process. I hope you get your cc soon. All we can do is hang in there a little longer.. Thanks to this forum, we can see we're not alone.. stay strong.

Thank you. EB3 for Filipinos is quite a beast. It has always been retrogressed (backlogged) since 2005 so there's a veeeery long line.

My priority date of 2010 became current only last year I think; and only began moving toward the NVC route this year. Rules are rules though and it's US policy so all I can do is wait. I'm in no position to wish that they bend over for me. The waiting part sometimes gets hard so there's that. I might call again today or tomorrow just to check.

It seems that earlier in the month it was going faster.  From other people's posts  it has gotten slower again.  Average processing time may go up.  Of course when I call they say allow up to 11 weeks and then call back.
