I've been trying to call nvc all morning, but my call doesn't even get connected, due to the amount of calls received all of our representatives are busy and blah blah blah and disconnects me... however, I just received and email stating that my case is complete BUT since my husband is filling for my son too, his case is not yet been reviewed and my case will be on hold up to sixty days until my sons case gets completed. I checked my status on ceac and my AOS section is officially gone, but my status now says that I need to fill my de-260 when I confirmed they received since March 10th. Anyone with a similar status??? I will be trying to call anyways to confirm the cc

Scan date march 22nd

Congrats on your CC.  Regarding your 260 info, this is normal. @ajmac is in the same exact position as you. She is also waiting for her son's case to be completed.

This her status in the notes column on the spreadsheet. scan date SD is april 3rd.

"May 10 when i checked my status.aos was missing and the ceac shows review in process.. my husband called May 17th to nvc. he told my husband that my son's case is under review and they will schedule my interview after my son's case will be completed so we will have our interview together."

Regarding calling the NVC. If you can, try calling right at 7am-7:30am local time or very late before closing 11:30-12:00am (midnight).

Please update the spreadsheet with these latest details.

Best,

JBMG

@maolga Can you bring your court case documents to your interview at the embassy or do you have to provide the NVC those documents and wait for another scan date?

The oldest people I see Case Complete for (in 1st try, no checklist) are march 17 and march 20.

So I'm guessing they're going through march 15-18 cases right now as a lot of those are in review dept right now.
