Thanks for all the hard work on the spreadsheet.   This board is awesome because it lets us all keep track as we anxiously wait for review and cc dates.

My plan is to start calling daily upon reaching the 8 week mark to find out if it is in review.

What do you think of adding another column days from scan date to review?

Done. :) Good idea. Thank you.

I see you already made the changes to the spread sheet.  Thank you.    :D

Thanks again for the suggestion. But I ended up doing weeks instead of days.. much easier to visualize..

Again called this morning at 7 AM.

They initially said the same thing that my case is in review department then they added "as we speak, they are working on it and I should receive status notification via email any moment now! Hmmm, I wonder why they said it? lol.

Anyway, my question is where do they first update. via email or on their website? How's the approval / checklist email notification look like?

Thanks for your help and have a great day :)

Yay!! Congrats!! Thank you for already updating the spreadsheet. :)

Now we're just waiting for @maolga @silverado123 @rexsinni2264 @maryam78 @Majid1986 @Pembley @justwaiting17 @Mojk and @Jannette23 to verify if they're in the review department.

1st rep said its under review and would take up to 11 weeks and there is nothing more she knows regardingvthe case.. While second rep said its not yet in the review depaetment.. Im just really unlucky in terms of talking to reps .. I guess i just really have to wait until i receive an email from nvc ..

They do send me email after a week, but learned of having my case completed via phone, i believed, if they said they are  reviewing it, you'll get CC in about few working days :) best wishes

I hear that many a times. When they say it would take upto 11 weeks; you need to ask them again if your case has made it to the review dept. Then they would answer No.

Hi @vantine2603, Did you call the NVC to confirm your CC yet?

Congratulations on it! But please do you mind completing the questionaire by @JBMG(NVC Case Status Questionnaire -  2017)? It would help in gathering as much info in deriving NVC's functioning pattern. Thanks

Chamma is absolutely correct.   The standard answer is we received your mail on  ______________ .     It is being reviewed.    Then my question:  It it in the review department?    The answer:  Not yet allow up to 11 weeks.

Just calculate it with the one who is scan date is.march 1.and.got cc on may 8 and receive interview schedule.on may 12. So it takes 4 days. Hope ours too. But we keep monitoring our email from now on. we'll keep you guys updated. I will update the questionare soon as i receive the email.

Thanks, good thing is that you can update the questionnaire at anytime. :) It's a spreadsheet that we fill out as our case progresses.. Might be difficult to remember all the dates if you fill it out at the end..
