Looking at the current trend I would suggest you start calling no later than 8 weeks 3 days mark from your Scan Date and start asking whether your case has been picked up for active review (or something along those lines).

I hope by the time you call, you receive CC. Good luck.

We also did the same thing. I know it sounds crazy to keep calling, but somehow that was the only way we could feel sane.

I am glad that it's over for us now and I hope all of you don't have to go through that.

It looks like now it is averaging about 9 weeks.   Today with a March 24 scan date for me, it is 7 weeks.   I will call again next Friday at 8 weeks to see if it is in review.

Scan date march 20th as well I just called the lady on the phone said to wait till June 6 if I didn't hear anything I should call them Back .

I am curious if anyone with a scan date of March 10 to March 19 has their case in review yet.   If current trends continue, there may be some cc's for them next week.

You checked recent cases from New Delhi, India? Did you also check cases from Mumbai, India?

I think I need to check as well.

Though there could be various reasons for rejection, the most common reason I observed is, there DS260 submission date and rejection date were very close. So did they all go through expeditions??? Just tired of rattling my mind
