We're nearly the same time. entering 7th week tomorrow. :D

Here's hoping the Checklist Monster doesn't come out!

.

I know right! Here we are counting down the 11 weeks and I cannot bear to think about checklists, if the waiting period resets back to another 11 weeks that is pure heartbreaking and torture... Oh God, I pray no one gets checklists!!!

Hi, the same thing that the case is under administrative review, there's no time frame. He also said it doesn't matter if I speak to a supervisor because he or she is going to tell me the same thing.

I wonder if administrative review same as supervisor review?!

And on top of it the agent was so rude, i was telling her how some people who had scan date way after me already have their cc and interview date . She said she is talking about my case not other people and kept talking over me saying if there's anything else she could help me with . I fallowed the process i paid everything i had to pay , i have the right to ask questions. And they wonder why people pick the fastest way . I am really done with this nonsense.

It's time for you to contact your local representatives. I found this link with instructions on how to do so. You don't have a refusal but your case is WAY overdo to be completed.. I just don't get why they have refused to connect you to a supervisor.. Just boggles my mind..

@Dinah I'm really very sorry that you have to go through all these B****S****. Like @JBMG said, you should definitely contact your local representative. I've seen in the past some people getting approval / answer if they involve their congressman. I wish you all the best and I pray to god that you get your well deserve CC very soon. Stay blessed and keep smiling. Remember that this shall end soon.

On the other note, I've called this morning to NVC and they said "there is a good news for me that the review department is working on my case and they'll let me know whatever the result is."

PRAY FOR ME FRIENDS. MY HEART IS POUNDING. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE NO CHECKLIST!!!!

Please call everyone whose SD is on or after March 10 to get confirmation. Mine is March 20th. All the very best :)
