i just called NVC and i was told that by this very nice rep. that my application was taking to long and that she will send it for supervisor review tonight.

.. and this is why.. she said that they received my docs. in January but my DS-260 was completed March 13th.. then she said that there is a chance that MAYBE

 they got my DS-260 but SOMEHOW  they dont know that my docs are already there. Then she ask me to call back in 2 to 3 days.

 

o well.. i just hope this doesnt take another 4 weeks

Once your case goes into review, how often should you call? Mines been in review for almost 2 weeks..

Does my name have to be on my husbands passport to get PCC in India ? Passport was issued in 2015.

No, as long as you have your marriage certificate (and NOA2 approval letter from USCIS- with his and your name) you don't need to update your passport with your spouse's name. My husband was able to get his PCC on same day (within less than a hour). Good luck!!! 😊😊😊

I have good news. My case got completed at NVC. I will call in the morning to confirm but CEAC has changed to 'AT NVC' and the affidavit of support column has disappeared. I pray you all get good news soon too.

Good news. I called a few hours ago and they told me my case was complete and they'll contact the embassy to schedule the interview. Still don't know the interview date, but they said it was case complete. I also checked the CEAC status and the AOS section has disappeared and the status says "At NVC". Scan date was March 7th, 2017.
