Filing fee for I-129F is $535. And yes, all I-129F applications should be send to Texas. From there it will be routed. But i highly recommend to read the guides on this website first before filing anything. at very least, read the instructions carefully on the official website of USCIS, which is https://www.uscis.gov/i-129f
