that window to reopen the case closed 9 years ago. all you can do is refile everything and start from the beginning. make sure to update evidence that has changed.

how was your lawyer 9 years late in filing? might want to get a different one or at least ask for your money back since he should of known it would be denied just based on time.

good luck

Best discussed with your Lawyer.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

And lawyer said.......

Unfortunately I don't handle appeals to the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals. That's where it's supposed to be filed. I can recommend an attorney for this kind of appeal. However because it is a discretionary matter I don't believe there is a chance to prevail on appeal.

Is there any hope?????

Sounds a fair comment from the Lawyer and they know most about your case.

The 9th circuit can be very lenient at times

for that case I'd say call Karl Shusterman,

he,ll lay on the facts, also he;s a warlord in

this  area . Once they deny the reopen then

theres no tolling for you, next step circuit.

You have 60 days I think to file brief, first

you must notify the circuit that you'll

beappealing there.

Try to come up with valid explanations that

warranred lare filing
