I just saw a feed regarding the nvc and I didn't want to hijack there feed so I'm asking about my situation.  My Case has read ready for a month and says your case is ready for your interview when scheduled at the U.S consular section. If you have already scheduled an appointment for an interview, please prepare your documents as directed in your appointment letter......otherwise please wait until you have been notified of your interview appointment.....

So I am so confused. I hear one feed saying that they can download the packet 3. And then I'm looking at this like do I wait??? He is in the beautiful Ghana, so there is no address but he has a p.o.box. and I never put his email down but rather mine. So, the question I guess is can I go ahead and download the packet and pay the DS-160? Should he do it? Thank you.
