Like for K1  I need : I485 ,  I131 and I765 plus I864

K2  copy of I485 from, k1  I131 and I 765

Not sure if this is correct

Since you are not filing for them together you'll just have to prepare the K-1's AOS and then alle the same for the K-2 once he arrives to the US.

You can file for it BUT if he leaves the country with it he will be inadmissible since he has a overstay of over 180 days so he will not be let back into the country and you'll have to file a spouse visa and so on... So basically it will not make sense to file for it.

He can still file for the EAD though.

No I-131 is the travel document.

I-765 is the work permit. So this one yes you have to file for him to be able to work and for her to get a SSN
