Sent incomplete package

I sent in my completed I129F form by itself because that it all I saw on the government website. I was under the impression after receiving that, they would send me a request for additional documents. Now after coming here, I saw people included photos, birth certificates, G-325A forms, etc along with the 129F in the same packet.

 

Will they send me back a request for additional documents or should I just redo the whole I129F and include everything needed.  Im afraid it may cause some problem if I send in another 129F before they request it.  Also does my fiancee need to actually mail me her G325A or can it be done online or with an online signature somehow?

In your case, they might just reject your petition completely because you are not just missing one evidence or two. You missed out on all other required forms and supporting evidence. If you have to refile from scratch, I suggest you to read the guide and check out the flowchart on here to gather everything that you need for the new packet. Take your time. Rushing will only make you careless. The guides can be found on the Guides tab on panel above the page when browsing on a computer.

I found the guide and printed it out.  I looked through the checklist and have a question about 1 of them (below).  Does this original statement need to be handwritten or just a hand written signature?  I want to get a list of everything I need my fiancee to mail me.  I see the 325A, a passport style photo, and then this?

 

5.	Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance) certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1.

There's a sample of letter of intent to marry on here. You just need to type it, print it and sign it. If your fiancee is mailing you stuff already, you can always have her send you a wet signed letter of intent as well as the G-325A in the same package

You just need hand written signature on that letter. But you need have two, one for you and one for your fiance.

I did same thing when I was sending my package. I prepare I-129F it with goverment websites. I looked what they want from me and my fiancee then everything was ok. Until I got my RFE long time ago. I don't know how they are thinking that we will put all papers by ourselves. Ofcourse I won't put chat logs or skype documents etc. if they didn't write these. So I learned it that actually they want to see your chat logs and things even if they didn't write them in the website. Anyways I'm waiting my interview now. Don't worry you will figure it out
