Vermont timeline accuarte? 2017

Hey 

I am in the boat to get a waiver J1 NOS. I started my process back in September 2016. I got my Favorable Recommendation form DOS last February 7th. USCIS received my case in February 23rd. Since then, nothing has happen. I have called them twice and email them but still nothing. But today the person talking told me that it could be months to be approved by the USCIS. She told me the updates and it is that for March 14th they are processing October 24th 2016. When I check the website Vermont time processes it says by January 31st is October 24th so it means that they have not finished with the petitions received on October 24th? Can it be possible?  This is honestly crazy since I know some people getting the waiver in less or up to a month. I really need some voices of other people like my case. thank you

Did you ever hear back from  USCIS?

As on today the uscis website ssays as on April 30th 2017 they are processing April 03 2017 1-612... So I would assume yours got approved already?

Hey! Yes finally I get the waiver on time to file an H1B visa before the suspention starts. Now i am pending because uscis sent a RFE so I am still wondering what can happen. Deadline is July 5th to send the evidence but the school is struggling with one document because it is a new one they do not know. I will let everybody know what the outcome is. Bye
