As Becci39 said... Yes the information is on the US government website mentioned at the top of the main page of this site is a section called guides under which you can find a K-1 guide and flowchart..  that is what we followed, even printed out and used as a checklist to get thru our visa.   Lots of information in lots of places for those who want to look.

Thank you all so much guys, i really appreciate it. And i know that some of you are concern about me so thank you for the tips. Don't worry we are really in a serious relationships. The reason why it took two years before he visits me here was about family matters he needs to settle everything there. He had a worked when he was in Tennessee but he is now living in Florida so he will have to find a new job and he is aware that that is one of the requirements when filing a fiancee visa.
