I-130 denied 90 days ago - no response after appeal. - URGENT.

Its been almost 3 moths i got the denial notices, still no response after sending the eoir-29. Please see the attached document - notices. in that case what can i do? what will be the outcome?

in the mean time i applied for N400 Naturalization, is this case impact my N400?

It looks like you were properly denied, and I would expect any appeal you filed to ultimately also be denied. 

 

You should wait until five years have elapsed since you gained LPR status and then re-file, hopefully with better evidence than you provided. 

 

Consider consulting with or retaining a lawyer to handle your next application, since you made some fundamental errors with regards to this application that a good lawyer may have been able to help with (even if they just told you not to file). 

 

The I-130 denial shouldn't affect your pending N-400.

your wife is not eligible for a visa at this time, you need to wait and refile at the appropriate time

Current F2a petition was rightfully denied, you can't do anything until after 5 yrs since last divorce.

Just a small thing, he can't file i130 for another spouse within 5 years since he first acquired his permanent residence, not divorce.
