Traveling to US from the Philippines one way

My wife is about to travel on the 23rd from the Philippines to the US on a cr1 visa and she ran into an issue checking in for her flight thru the Delta app because she's on a one way ticket. Apparently, she has to check-in in person at the airport because there is no return flight. She has her passport, visa and the sealed envelope the embassy provided her, does anyone know if she needs anything else to check in and not run into a problem?

Visa in her passport really should suffice :) Her one-way ticket shouldn't be an issue at all.

ROC filed on December 1, 2020, assigned to SRC, approved within 106 days on February 18, 2021.

Frankly, if anyone were to deny her entry, it would be the CBP at the POE. Airlines staff have no rights to do such a thing. However, airlines staff do need to verify their travel document and details at check-in. No worries about that.
