hi everyone, I want to know where can I find the list of employment agencies online that provide opportunities of unskilled workers position for eb-3, try no luck on Yelp(couldn't search specific type of employment agencies), can only find like two of them on google under keyword "employment based agencies", one of them is not even in America(in Canada), I was informed by immigration agencies in both Taiwan and Canada most of this kind of positions are held by employment agencies since independent employer may not have ability to manage this amount of foreign workers.

So please tell me do I use the right way to find a green card sponsorship, if I'm wrong, please explain and give me the solution(it's okay if I need to be in the states to find a sponsorship, I think I will use travel visa, just I want to do some preparation online before head there). I have already found the attorney in New York is willing to file the application for me(all eb-3 process). Now I have to find a position also in New York.

You could also message me (removed email)

Would like to hear from you guys in further.

And please don't give me the solution like directly go through some of the lawyers online. Some of lawyers suspect that this process might be illegal said by most of lawyers from AILA. The lawyers shouldn't form a alliance with the employers.

Thread is locked (and is not to be restarted) for violation of this provision of the site's Terms of Service:  "Condone or instruct, either directly or indirectly, others on how to commit fraudulent or illegal immigration activities in any way, shape, manner or method."  OP can't use a tourist visa to find work.
