I have tried everything to obtain my i-94 https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home and I am not able to. I have tried my information and my husbands information and all I get is an error message that it says "No travel history was found" please advise. our travel date is in 2015 and the date base says it keeps things for 5 years. If I am not able to get my I-94 through the website what should I do?

According to the CBP website, if you want any travel records older than 5 years, you must conduct a query on the relevant passport :D

However, if it's a travel record within the last 5 years that's giving you the "no travel record found" message, then one of your details must have been keyed in wrongly into the system and you need to contact the field office. My fiance did that for me for my last record when it wasn't found.

Thank you I will have to try and call, because I have try already to enter my name and information in multiple different ways and still get the same error message.

Same thing happened to me when I was trying to pull up my I-94 for printing so that I could include it in the I-129F :) It was a very quick fix with the Atlanta, GA office and the officer on the phone with my fiance was really nice. So yeah, you can call yourself or if you are outside the US, your fiance(e) can just call quickly on your behalf.
