On a case by case basis it is accepted.

Yes and No.  Just really depends on the mood of the Embassy at the time, from what I have seen

My mother co sponsored her grandchild at USEM about 20 years ago.  I did my first K1 back in 2008 and I brought co sponsor material and information just in case as back up,, I didn't need it.

Very strange embassy dealing with I-134 and co sponsors, seems as if they change the rules/requirements quite often there.

Just when you think you have TDS eradicate,  a new case shows up.

So heres my story me and my fiance have been together for 2 1/2 years back on 2017 i went back home 4 times and in the Philippines so mess my tax income below the requirements reason being her both parent had die and i had to help her do some paperworks and stuff to take care of. So before that i did look into doing the k1 visa pettetion with rapid visa not know my 2015, 2016, 2017 bracket is below requirements on 15. Made less than 9k and 2016, 10k and 2017,13k but now i have to jobs and would like to proceed to file the k1 visa would that be any help. Since i can't have a co sponsor with k1 visa if my finacee is coming from the philippines. Would the Cr1 is the best way to go. They said if i have assets which i dont. Now that i have two jobs to even try to meet the bracket funds requirements?? Would that help? Should i file it already? As a k1 visa? Or imma have to go back to Philippines which i do wanna do because it will cost money and will make a difference again to my tax income.. So her file is just pending and i wanna make a move i just dont wanna be denied or make a wrong move?
