For DS-160 don't recall last time in USA -k1 visa

Hi everyone! We are on the process of getting our NOA2 for K1 Visa. My fiance ad I are gettign ready with all the documents. But I saw on the DS-160 they ask him when the last time he was in USA or if he was when was the last day he enter? Well my fiance had visitor visa about 10 years ago and doesn't recall. He also doesn't have any paper work or copy of old visa.  Does anyone know where we can get this information?

Try the page for travel records for U.S visitors where you/he can see all his previous visits to US.

For that question, the form has a tips saying to make a rough estimate if one doesn't remember the dates But as per @Sunnyland definitely look up his old I-94 record.

 

However, if it's 10 years ago, it might not be available online anymore and he might have to fill up an online request via the website to retrieve his old records because I remember not being able to get mine which was 12 years ago

If he crossed with a BCC (B1/B2) and a permit, unfortunately, it isn't available on the I-94. My wife and I had this same problem when trying to answer the question. My lawyer wanted every date that she crossed the border, but when you live in a border town, it is really hard to do because you cross on a weekly basis. We went to the I-94 and did not see any records of her entering or exiting the United States. Not even her BCC showed up. If we couldn't remember exact dates, we put month/year. Was there anyone traveling with him that may remember when he crossed into the US? Any pictures? Anything with a time stamp?
