waiting for vegas office to set me up and interview. 

 

Waiting to hear something from uscis is crazy, do you have any idea how long does it normally take for ROC to get scheduled in vegas?

I filed ROC about 2 months after you, my case went to Nebraska.

I would not expect anything before at least one year or even one year and few months. I know for AOS and naturalization it is about 12-14 months so I am guessing it probably would be similar to ROC

our case is cr1 and all cr1 that filing for roc are routed to MSC (NBC) center, I already did my bio, they finish my back ground check, they finish reviewing my case and they are scheduling my interview with the local office, my brother been in roc process for 18 month now and they just did his bio. 

So what I am trying to say is that CR1 with ROC are moving fast, even a guy filed 10 days ahead of me got his interview for July 2nd. So fingers crossed it would not be that long.

I always have low expectations when it comes to the processing. I think that that the interview date depends on the local office, is the guy that filed 10 days ahead of you living in Vegas?

I don't think I have heard of a ROC case moving this fast, but then again I have not really been looking at trends that much, I have the extension letter for 18 months so it will come when it comes, for me this is not as stressful as AOS because I already have the green card and extension and not worried about any complications or whatever so I have not been following trends at all. However, it would not hurt to get processed faster lol
