My husband and I had our AOS (from VWP) interview last Friday, June 6th.  We were approved on the spot.  The officer handed out an Interview Results document stating the outcome including the Conditio

Hi! We filed for my aos from k1 in october 2016. Though my ead was approved in about 90 days,  my i485's last update was in dec5, ready to be scheduled for an interview. The Las Vegas office is a busy one so I won't be expecting anything soon. I know someone who was interviewed a year after filing.

PD January 2, 2018.

 

Since our biometrics in February, we have heard nothing. We tried to expedite our AP in April 27, sent proof on May 5th and haven't heard a thing since.

We're adjusting from a K1.
