My mom will be our sponsor for my wife's immigration.

My mom has filled out her own I-864.

My dad who is a member of my mom's household has filled out an I-864A. Since they file taxes jointly.

On his I-864A, Part 5,  it asks you to print in your name... after I, the sponsor_______________ in consideration of the household  member's promise to support the following intended immigrant... and to be jointly and severally liable for any obligations.... etc, etc, etc.   ( indicate number).

Does my dad put his name there?

Or does my Mom? for Part 5.   I, the sponsor___________

I myself am also filling out I-864  for my household of 2.  ( me and my wife)

My mom's I-864 would be for a household of 3: my wife, my mom and my dad.
