My fiancé and I filed, and our file was received and began processing on Jan 26 2017. We have received the noa1 already (Jan 31). I know we have not even reached the 3 month mark, and it usually takes 3-5 months, but does anyone know how we can keep an eye on processing times?

We are being processed through California.

Any tips, resources, or advice would be much appreciated, thank you!

A VJ member named geowrian created a script that monitors the dates and WAC#'s of cases touched.  If I recall, the bulk of the cases being currently touched are late November 2016 to early December 2016.

Good luck

If the cases going through now are late November and early December of 2016, then do you think it'd be reasonable to assume that in a months time they may be going through the files of January 2017?

I know many people have been waiting far longer, and there is still so much to the process after the NOA2 if you are approved, but the waiting and not knowing is awful... Especially now when there are so many political issues and safety issues in various countries...

That's reasonable. While I don't have all the January I-129F counts, it does seem to be a lighter case load than Nov. & Dec. So hopefully it's at least a month ahead in processing a month from now.

Hello, I  received my NOA1 on January 27th but not the NOA2. Have you received your NOA2 yet?
