Are the 10 years up?

If not, would likely need a waiver.

You can try filing a Form I-601 Application for Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissibility and pay the $930 filing fee. Keep in mind that this is not guarantee. I had a 3 year ban and filed I-601 which was accepted and I was able to get my CR1 visa after a year of waiting.
