Aloha, I recently submitted my K1 packet but I just found out I overlooked the 325a form, I'm not sure what to do at this point, I already received the email from

USCIS confirming that they received my application, any advise is appreciated, thanks

You just wait for the RFE to show up and be ready to send it asap after that.

Hey, odds are you'll get an RFE (request for more evidence) from USCIS when they see the forms are missing- this isn't anything bad, it could just add on some extra processing time, but you'll be okay. In the mean time, if I were you, I would get the G-325A forms together- you'll need one for yourself, and one for your fiancé (along with a passport sized photo of you for your form, and your fiancé for their form, to accompany them) :) Whenever you get the RFE it will tell you exactly what you need to send in (G-325A) and you'll be good to go.

Thanks for the fast response, you guys are awesome, I was worried I'd have to start over, thanks again    aloha :)

Hello @ddesalvo? we have the same situation. We missed to send in our g325a also. They are right. We need to wait for rfe. Right now we are still waiting. Good luck to us!?

If you guys haven't found the VJ i-129f checklist yet it's important to take a look at it asap in case you might have forgotten other things too. Good idea to prepare it now if so, so you can send it to them immediately after you receive the RFE letter.
