Hi everyone! I did ask this question here before and I got different answers! I just want to get more input on this Topic. PLZ help if you can!

1-Can I just file the affidavit of support I-1864 EZ and not I-1864,  just because I am the petitioner,  I am  ONLY using my income that is on my W2 , filling for my spouse in Morocco only. ( I have attached the form here to see the conditions). please take a look at it :)

2-my income on the W2 shows that I made $28155 during 2016 ( I was an Apprentice/student for the last 4 year to become a licensed plumber) wich is more than 125% poverty guidelines ( please look at the chart for these guidelines that I have attached down below). So, would they consider my income sufficient to support my wife?  I really don't anyone who would do a joint sponsor with me! that is a tough pill to swallow for someone!

please share your knowledge :):):)i-864p.pdf

As long as you qualify for Part 1, shouldn't be an issue. It's basically just a slimmed down version of the I-864, and you'll save a lot pages that would most likely be blank this way anyways.

HI, In your case you need to file the I864 since you're the petitioner and if it's just you and your wife the poverty line requirement more than met in your case . So I don't see an issue.

No problem. Of course the safer route is doing the I-864 in it's entirety, just in case (both are easy to do), but in your case it seems that either or should suffice.

As long as your income is at least 125% of the poverty line for TWO people, you shouldn't have any issues. The income you've posted also seems to satisfy that just fine.
